Chocolate Pudding

 

Method:


Place all the ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth, creamy and thick.

Transfer into a serving container and chill in the fridge until ready to serve. 

 

 

Ingredients: 

  • 300g silken firm tofu
  • 2/3 C unbleached cane sugar
  • 1/3 C unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
