Warm & Nutty Cinnamon Quinoa



Combine milk, water, cinnamon and quinoa in a medium saucepan.

Bring to a boil over high heat.

Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and simmer 15 minutes or until most of the liquid is absorbed.

Turn off heat; let stand covered 5 minutes.

Stir in blackberries and toasted pecans; transfer to bowls.

Drizzle 1 tsp agave nectar over each serving.



  • 1 C almond milk
  • 1 C water
  • 1 C organic quinoa, rinsed
  • 2 C fresh blackberries 
  • 1⁄2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1⁄3 C chopped pecans, toasted
  • tsp organic agave nectar
