Tahini Sauce



This simple tahini sauce pairs perfectly with noodles, pasta, brown rice and steamed or roasted vegetables

Add tahini, tamari, water, sugar, rice vinegar, chilli sauce, dijon mustard, salt and pepper to a blender and wiz together until smooth and creamy. 



  • 1/4 C tahini
  • 2 Tbsp tamari or soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp water
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp chilli sauce or 1 fresh chilli, chopped
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 pinch salt
  • fresh black pepper
