Chocolate & Cherry Truffles



In a food processor, process nuts, dates and cherries until coarse.

Add raw cacoa powder and salt. Process until all ingredients are finely chopped and blended well together.

Add raw coconut nectar and process slowly until the mixture comes together in a ball.

Transfer ingredients into a big bowl and knead well so it comes together into a big ball.

Roll into form small, uniform balls. 

Roll each ball into coating of choice.

Store truffles in a well-sealed container in the refrigerator or freeze.

  • 1 C raw cashews  
  • ½ C raw hazelnuts  
  • ½ C pitted medjool dates   
  • ½ C dried tart cherries  
  • 3 Tbsp raw cacoa powder  
  • Pinch of salt  
  • 1½ Tbsp maple syrup

  • Unsweetned shredded coconut  
  • Freezedried cherries  
  • Raw cacao powder  
  • Raw cacao nibs
