For many people, the holidays are one of the most exciting times of the year.  Unfortunately, for animals it’s a time when they’re eaten more than ever. The demand for Christmas hams and other animal products means that animals suffer in factory farms just to satisfy our cravings.

But it does not have to be this way. You can help animals by planning an animal-friendly festive menu. From stuffed cashew nut roast, to spicy roasted pumpkin and Victoria sponge cake, we’ve got you covered!
