Simple Summer Slaw

 

Method


Combine apple, carrots, nuts, soy sauce, brown sugar. Season with pepper to taste. Chill for an hour prior to serving.

Ingredients: 

  • 1 apple, grated
  • 2 carrots, grated
  • 1 handful of mixed nuts
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
