Ethiopian Tomato Salad

Method


Mix all of the ingredients together. Add salt to taste. Serve chilled. 

Ingredients: 
  • 3 vine-ripened tomatoes, chopped and drained
  • 1/2 jalapeno, chopped
  • 1/2 C red onion, finely sliced
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste
