Cashew Nut Gravy

 

Method: 


Set aside 1 C of hot water. Put all the other ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth, about 5 minutes, then add remaining water.

Pour into a pan and heat until thickened.

Serve immediately. 

 

Ingredients: 

  • 2 C hot water
  • 1/2 C cashews
  • 2 Tbsp Braggs (or soy sauce)
  • 1 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp nutritional food yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
