It features region-by-region listings of all SPCAs, council pounds, public or private animal shelters and foster groups. It also has specialist listings like breed-specific rescue groups, sites for kids and important information sites. For the past four years, Operation Toby has been working to increase adoptions of abandoned animals, and to decrease the number of animals euthanised.
