Welcome back! We celebrated the festive season and the New Year with glee and culinary gusto but sadly, for many around the world, it has been sharply transformed into fear, turmoil and tragedy. Queensland floods, landslides in Brazil, mass flooding in Sri Lanka and continual earthquakes and aftershocks in Christchurch. Our hearts and thoughts go out to all those affected and we spare our thoughts for the animals also affected. The loss of animal life will surely be catastrophic but we have been heartened by stories of bravery and remarkable animal rescues. A Facebook group has been formed to help track lost animals in Queensland. There is a need for financial support so if you can make a donation to help the animals please donate now.

Made from soy and produced by the same company as the condensed soymilk, this has been walking out the door with customers smiling from ear to ear. Bake with it, add to pies, over ice cream, into smoothies... the best story yet is over baked, spiced pears!
